Manufacturing Energy Efficiency Grant
Manufacturing Energy Efficiency Grant (MEEG) Program is a Queensland Government initiative with a budget of $7.1 million. It aims to assist the manufacturing sector in enhancing their competitiveness in a low carbon future. This is achieved by implementing energy efficiency measures that reduce energy costs and operational emissions. QBEST Rebate
The Queensland Business Energy Saving and Transformation (QBEST) Rebates scheme offers rebates to eligible small and medium-sized businesses for installing energy efficient equipment. This scheme aims to reduce energy consumption, lower energy bills, and contribute to the Queensland Government’s carbon reduction targets. SMEs can cover up to 50% of the purchase and installation costs (GST exclusive) of eligible equipment, with a maximum rebate of $12,500. A minimum spend of $8,000 (GST exclusive) is required.
